Return Policy – Sander de Wilde photographic

At Sander de Wilde, photography we take great care in producing high-quality prints, artwork, and digital content. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Physical Prints & Artwork: If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital files and online services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Workshops & Courses: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session if available.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email info@sanderdewilde.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos if your item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable).

  4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions & Notes

  • Custom or commissioned work cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
