Returns & Exchanges
Physical Prints & Artwork:
Should your order arrive damaged, flawed, or exhibiting any production defects, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue so that we can effectively assist you. Once confirmed, we’re happy to arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Digital Products & Services:
Because of the unique nature of digital files and online services, all sales in this category are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review all product details before purchasing.
Workshops & Courses:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund without any issues. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, refunds cannot be issued, but you may transfer your spot to another session if availability allows.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Simply email us at info@sanderdewilde.com with your order number and a detailed description of the problem you’ve encountered. Include clear photos if your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you expected. Upon approval, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning your item, if applicable. Refunds will be processed promptly within 10 business days after we receive your return.
Exceptions & Important Notes
Custom or commissioned work is unique and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or defective.
