Capturing Brussels: Editorial & Street Photography
I absolutely love shooting portraits of people. Take a moment to explore my portrait photography portfolio, which includes a diverse range of editorial portraits, as well as both corporate portraits and private portrait examples that showcase my versatile portrait styles.
As a photojournalist my main work is divided into these portfolios:

As a photojournalist, I truly love capturing events in Brussels. Whether it's politics—on a European or local level—cultural life, or everyday moments, I find endless inspiration. I photograph it all, either on assignment or simply because it fascinates me, both in terms of the story behind the content and its visual appeal. The vibrant energy of the city constantly fuels my passion for telling stories through my lens.
Tearsheets. View published works
Seeing my work published in print is always a genuine pleasure. There is something special about holding a physical photograph in a glossy magazine or newspaper, as it gives the image a sense of eternal value, even though it may eventually find its way to the trash. While the majority of my work is published online these days, I’ve gathered a collection of screenshots and scans of those cherished print publications to showcase this tangible aspect of my photography.
The art of street photography
Most of my street photography is regularly being published on my Instagram channel. There is sometimes a commercial or news value in these images; they serve as a visual sign of the unique times we live in today but they could also illustrate today’s world in your magazine, respecting privacy rights. I truly love exploring and capturing the vibrant streets of Brussels, whether I’m wandering alone or out in a group with my enthusiastic students.
Private Work. Visual arts, creative free mixed media techniques, and film photography.
As a trained artist, I thoughtfully use and re-use photography in my projects, and some of these works can be explored right here on this website. In fact, I also maintain a second website that showcases my more personal work, including photography, graphic design, installations, and paintings, offering a broader glimpse into my creative world.
