Open Studio Days 2+3 May

  • Co'Lab Building D125 227 Avenue de la Couronne Ixelles, Bruxelles, 1050 Belgium (map)

Step inside the scent of fixer and the hum of a magnifier — Open Studio Days in Brussels are back!

Join us at URsquare on 2 and 3 May to explore our analogue photography lab: watch film come to life, handle vintage cameras, and see darkroom alchemy in action. Whether you’re a curious beginner, a film‑fiend, or simply in love with beautiful imperfections, there’s something to inspire you: live demonstrations, prints drying on the line, and friendly chats about grain, contrast and choice of developer.

What’s on:

  • Live developing and printing demos — see latent images transform before your eyes.
  • Vintage camera corner — hold, test and talk about classic bodies and lenses.
  • Bring a roll to develop — pop in anytime over the weekend and we’ll process a roll together.
  • Tips and tricks — our crew will happily discuss emulsion, developers, dodging, burning and more.
  • Relaxed vibe — tea, good conversation and plenty of space to geek out.

No booking required — drop by whenever suits you. Perfect for first-timers who want to learn, seasoned shooters looking for inspiration, or anyone who just likes the poetry of photo chemicals and paper.

See you in the red light.

you are welcome!
