The "No-Nonsense" Photography Day: Master Your Camera in 6 Hours

€175.00

Stop fighting your camera and start taking the photos you actually see in your head.

Most photography courses bury you in manuals and technical terms that don't matter. In this intensive one-day workshop, we strip away the noise.

I will teach you only the 20% of settings that create 80% of the impact. No jargon, no fluff—just the essential "power moves" that professional photographers use every day to create depth, emotion, and clarity.

What we focus on (and what we ignore)

Forget the 500-page manual. We focus exclusively on the creative tools that actually change your photos:

  • The "Blur" Factor: How to get that professional soft background (Aperture) without the headache.

  • Freezing Time: How to stop motion or create beautiful blur (Shutter Speed) for dynamic shots.

  • The Light Secret: Understanding where to stand and how to use ISO so your photos never look "flat" again.

  • The "Cheat Code" Focus: Learning how to actually get your subject sharp every single time.

The Workshop Structure

The Essentials 10:00 - 13:00

CO’LAb (Ixelles): Hands-on practice with the "Impact Settings". We ignore the buttons you don't need and master the ones you do.

Fuel Up 13:00 - 14:00

Communal Lunch: A relaxed break to talk shop and ask me anything about the life of a professional photographer.

The Real World 14:00 - 16:30

Photo Walk (Flagey area): We hit the streets. You'll practice capturing portraits, nature, and urban life under my direct guidance.

The Review 16:30 - 17:00 Wrap-up: Quick feedback on your best shots of the day and a clear roadmap for your next steps.

Practical Information

  • Price: €175 per person (Includes the full day of coaching, a printed "No-Jargon Guide", and a light lunch).

  • Level: Absolute beginners or people who have been shooting on "Auto" for years.

  • Location: UR’Square Elsene

What you need to bring

Any camera that allows you to change settings (DSLR, Mirrorless, or even a high-end bridge camera). Don't have one yet? Let me know, and you can rent one of mine for the day. Bring an empty memory card, a charged battery, your charger and a healthy dose of curiosity!
